I can't do it

Description

This is one of my favorite pictures from the shoot. Anne was tough, but she also had a complicated side to her, one that Frank put there. I really thought this scene, and the parts in the comic books, showed that well. My Murphy's back yard really lent itself to copying the area from after the caverns well. Excuse my terribly shooped socks, I made the bad mistake of wearing white ones with this costume and because the pants are short they kept showing up unfortunately.

I made the mourning badge as a prop by modifying an existing toy badge.

I owe a huge thank you to :iconoo-fil-oo: for his XNALARA work that allowed me to check out Anne's costume. Had it not been for those Ifranview files he sent I'd never have figured out what the seams were supposed to be like for the jacket.
Another thank you to :iconmageflower: for having sent me really high-res versions of the badges, again, could not have done this costume without those.
And finally, luxox18's Anne renders really cemented my ability to get this costume accurate. Without these references I'd have been up the creek!

I think maybe it's not that she couldn't kill him, but she wouldn't. Maybe that small part of Frank stopped her. Maybe she was afraid of stooping to his "level" (depending on the ending I guess). Maybe a small part of her wanted to believe Murphy wasn't the one who robbed her of her father.

Great shot! That fence looks like it's right out of the Devil's Pit! I like the discarded wood, too, Murph better grab one in case Anne changes her mind > : D
